Cancellations:
Please note: We now require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, or ammend your appointment.
Less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
A complete no-show will incur 100% charge of the treatment cost.
Please appreciate that when you forget to attend, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are likely unable to fill that appointment slot.
